Blackview A60 screen display frozen

Jonesy The screen displays Main Camera in yellow writing on a blue background and has been like that all day since turning on this morning. Help please !

Hi, Jonesy. Press and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds. This will force the unit to shut down.
