Cubot Quest Lite Ringtone
I have just bought a new cubot quest lite and want to add my own ringtone but it will not let me could you tell me how to.do it please

Could you please describe the problem in more detail? Do you have difficulties transferring the ringtone from the PC to the phone?
Or is this a download?
Or is it just by selecting the tone?

Does the device not allow the download? Do you get a notice or notificaction?
Tried putting tune on downloaded from tubidy and it just says not allowed

I think that the browser app does not have permission to execute downloads and therefore it does not work.
Please check the following:
- Open Settings
- Tap on Apps
- Tap Special App Access
- Select Install Unknown
- Choose your browser
- Enable Trust this source
