Huawei How to Adjust Calendar Settings

We are often confronted with the calendar weeks in our daily lives when we are making an appointment or a meeting, and so as not to have to do any great calculations, we can enable the display of the calendar weeks on the Huawei smartphone.

We can set calendar app reminders with sound and vibration on the Huawei smartphone, which can be set to a custom ringtone and/or enable or disable the vibration.

We can define the display of holidays in the calendar app of the Huawei smartphone, where we can choose not only regional but also national holidays, as we can enable or disable them country-specific.

Note: If we do not want to display regional holidays, it is sufficient to disable the current selected region.

By default, the Huawei smartphone selects the start day of week based on the region specified in the initial device setup, but if we want to change the start of week in the Calendar app afterwards, we don't need to reset the smartphone, we set it directly in the Calendar app.

When creating an appointment or event in the Calendar app, we can set the default reminder time. If we don't want to repeat it every time, we can set the default reminder time. We can choose between the following options:

• Start time of an event
• 5 minutes before
• 10 minutes before
• 15 minutes before
• 30 minutes before
• 1 hour before
• 2 hours before
• 24 hours before
• 2 days before
• 1 week before

We can select or add more alternate calendars on the Huawei smartphone, the following options are available:

• Chinese Lunar Calendar (Chinese)
• Japanese Calendar
• Persian Calendar
• Hebrew Calendar
• Islamic Calendar (tabular, civil epoch)
• Buddhist Calendar
• Indian National Calendar
• Korean Calendar (Korean)
