Add an user account
You can share your Huawei smartphone with others by adding a new user. If one or more new user profiles are created, each account has its own area in which apps, backgrounds, etc. can be adjusted. Users can make device settings that affect all users, such as WiFi settings.
Android 10 (EMUI 10.0)
- Open the settings
- Tap on Users & accounts
- Tap on Users
- Tap on Add user
- Type in a name and confirm with Add
Delete user account
The created user accounts can be easily deleted by the owner or administrator of the Huawei smartphone. All user data and settings are deleted.

- Tap on Users
- Choose the user account you want to delete
- Tap on Delete user
- Confirm with Delete
Auto-sync data
Among the added accounts on the Huawei smartphone, we can specify whether the data should be synchronized automatically, including app data, settings, documents or calendar data.

- Tap on Users & accounts
- Open the menu
- Enable or disable Auto-sync data
- Confirm with OK
