Huawei How to Use Camera

Huawei's AI-Lens brings a lot of many useful functions on our devices. You can identify a building, a painting or translate a text instantly. The following functions are available:

The flash on your Huawei device can be turned on, off and on automatic mode. If the device is set on automatic, it will decide when a flash is needed using the built in sensors. To set this up, you need to tap on the flash symbol in the camera app.

Before you shoot a picture, you can add a color filter to the camera. Be it "Sentimental", "Valencia", "Halo" or "Dawn", for each and every taste there's a filter ready to add. 

Depending on the model, the Huawei smartphone has different camera modes. the default modes include the photo and video function, panorama and portrait mode or a night shot. Depending on the smartphone model, we find the following or additional modes or setting options by tapping the More button:

To record a video with the Huawei smartphone's camera app, we simply switch the camera mode to video and tap the virtual shutter button. The camera app allows us to pause and resume recording as we like before tapping the shutter button again to stop the video recording.

In order to take a selfie with the Huawei smartphone, we can easily switch from the main/rear camera to the front camera.
The first time we take a selfie, we are asked whether the photos should be mirrored, which means that writing in the background is still readable, or rooms otherwise gain a different appearance than usual.

Every user of the Huawei smartphone should be able to understand how to take a photo in the camera app; after focusing and zooming in, all that is needed is to tap the virtual shutter release.

The zoom function of the camera app on the Huawei smartphone comes with two different ways of zooming. The familiar two-finger pulling apart or pulling together to zoom in and out still works, while
the other method is to swipe the slider on the side of the screen.
