Assign a number to speed dialing

You can activate speed dialing on your Huawei Smartphone to dial selected contacts faster. You can call them if you tap and hold the assigned number.

Android 10 (EMUI 10.0)
Step 1: Open the  Phone app
Step 2: Open the menu
Step 3: Open the settings
Step 4: Tap on Speed dial
Step 5: Choose a number
Step 6: Select a contact for speed dialing

Remove assigned number from speed dial

Once we have occupied all the speed dial slots on the Huawei smartphone, we can remove an assigned number at any time, for example to add another phone number or contact.

Step 4: Tap on  Speed dial
Step 5: Tap on an assigned number
Step 6: Choose  Clear assigned number or Change assigned number

Speed dial assigned phone number

To dial a phone number via speed dial on the Huawei smartphone, simply open the phone app and hold down the dial key of the desired contact.

Note: When using Dual SIM, we have the choice of which SIM card to call from.
