Do Not Disturb
If you activate the "Do not disturb" mode on your Huawei smartphone, all sounds, such as incoming messages or system notifications, are muted. Incoming calls are also rejected with a short busy signal. "Do not disturb" can be activated manually, but also automatically according to a schedule you set. Despite the mode being activated, you can allow selected calls. These include the setting options "All", "Only contacts", "Only favorites" (selected contacts), or none at all.
Note: you can also activate "Do not disturb" over the Quick access toolbar.




- Open the settings
- Tap on Sounds & vibration
- Tap on Do Not Disturb
- Activate Do Not Disturb or Scheduled
Do Not Disturb access
If you allow an app on your Huawei smartphone to breach the Do Not Disturb mode, this app can send you notifications and messages.







- Open the settings
- Tap on Apps
- Tap on Apps
- Open the menu
- Tap on Special access
- Tap on Do Not Disturb access
- Activate or deactivate access of the app you want
Allow repeated calls
If we have activated a restriction on calls in Do Not Disturb mode, we can specify whether to allow repeated calls from the same person within 15 minutes are transferred or not muted.




- Open the Settings
- Tap on Sounds & vibration
- Tap on Do Not Disturb
- Enable or disable Repeated calls
Schedule Do Not Disturb
We can enable a schedule for the Do Not Disturb mode on the Huawei smartphone and set our own scheduled start and end time. We can also set the days of the week for automatic activation. When creating the schedule, several rules can be enabled individually.











- Open the Settings
- Tap on Sounds & vibration
- Tap on Do Not Disturb
- Tap on Add
- Tap on Repeat
- Choose the days of repetition
- Tap on From
- Set a start time and tap OK
- Tap on To
- Set the end time and tap OK
- Tap on Back
Allow messages
In addition to incoming calls in Do Not Disturb mode, we can also enable a restriction on incoming messages, for which we have the following options
- Everyone
- Contacts only
- Favourites only
- No one





- Open the Settings
- Tap on Sounds & vibration
- Tap on Do Not Disturb
- Tap on Messages
- Choose Everyone, Contacts only, Favourites only or No one
Allow calls
We can specify whether incoming calls should be allowed or transferred on the Huawei smartphone despite the Do Not Disturb mode being enabled, for which we can select the following options:
- Everyone
- Contact only
- Favourites only
- No one
Note: If we have enabled a restriction, we can specify whether to allow repeated calls.
