LG How to Manage App Notifications

On the LG smartphone, a separate ringtone (notification tone) can be assigned to each individual app, and it is even possible to distinguish between individual notification groups and assign a tone to each of them.

apps are already allowed to send notifications on the LG smartphone after installation. these notifications are displayed acoustically, haptically or optically depending on the default settings. in addition to activating and deactivating all apps, notifications can also be controlled for each individual app. in addition to selecting all notifications, individual notification categories can also be blocked.

The notification points can not only be switched on or off generally, but also for each individual app.

On LG smartphones, you can prioritize notifications from an app. Under the Importance option, you can set the app's notifications as Urgent, High, Medium, or Low. Depending on the level, visual and/or acoustic interruptions are generated.

• Urgent: Generate sound and display it on the screen
• High: generate sound
• Medium: No sound
• Low: No sound or visual interruption

The notification LED can be turned on or off on the LG smartphone. Besides announcing unread notifications, the LED also shows the battery status (empty/full).

Depending on the device model, the color of the notification LED can be adjusted.

In addition to the audible notification of new notifications, the LG smartphone can also activate flash notification, in which the camera flash blinks several times for a few seconds. Flash Alerts is available for calls, messages and alarms.
