Add birthday to a contact

As long as contacts are not stored on the SIM card, a birthday can be added to the contacts on the LG phone. To add a birthday, select "Appointments" from the drop-down list. If you wish, the birthday can also be displayed in the calendar.

Step 1:  Open the  Contacts -App
Step 2:  Tap on desired  Contact
Step 3:  Tap on  Edit
Step 4:  Tap on  More

Step 8:  Tap on  Date
Step 9:  Choose  Date  and tap on  OK

Add a photo to contact

With an assigned photo, contacts can be identified faster and easier. you can use your own photos or other background images as a photo. photos that are to be used as contact images do not have to be in a certain format. when adding a photo, you have to select a picture section, which is then automatically cropped and can then be used as a contact photo.

Assign a Custom Ringtone for a Contact

In addition to the default ringtone for calls, the LG smartphone allows you to assign an individual ringtone to each contact, which can be used in addition to the standard ringtones, and can be saved as an mp3 file in the Ringtones folder.

Change the location of a contact

By default, new contacts are stored in your Google Account, not on the LG smartphone's memory when you're signed in. Unfortunately, the LG does not allow you to change the default location for all new contacts, and you must select it each time you create a new contact.

Also, as shown in this guide, the location of an existing contact can be changed, in which case the contact will be moved.

Assign contact to a SIM card

On the LG smartphone, a single contact can be assigned to a SIM card. Regardless of which SIM card is defined as the default, the contact will use the registered SIM card. The desired SIM card can be selected under the Cost-saving mode setting.

Edit a contact

If the contact information has changed or was not yet available, a contact can be edited on the LG smartphone at any time afterwards.
