Enable Developer Options
as the name suggests, the developer options have some features that are useful for developers. in a few cases, the developer options are also needed for normal users, for example for usb debugging. the developer options can be activated on the LG device by tapping on the build number.










- Open the Settings
- Tap on General
- Tap on About phone
- Tap on Common
- Tap on Software info
- Tap Build number seven times
- Enter PIN/Password/Pattern
- Go Back
- Go Back
- Tap on Developer options
USB Debugging
USB debugging gives developers/users advanced access to the LG smartphone. Once the device is connected to a PC via USB cable, it will be put into debugging mode. This is necessary, for example, if the device is to be routed. Also, the popular MyPhoneExplorer application requires advanced access to synchronize contacts.
For security reasons, USB debugging should only be enabled on the LG smartphone when it is needed.
Note: To enable or disable USB debugging on the LG device, the developer options must be enabled.





- Open the Settings
- Tap on General
- Tap on Developer options
- Enable or Disable USB debugging
- Confirm with OK
Disable Developer options
If no features from the developer options are required, these should be disabled, and some features that are enabled may pose a security risk to the LG device.
