LG How to Turn on/off Emergency alerts
LG 5565Through the mobile phone network, it is possible to receive emergency (Cell Broadcast) notifications on the LG smartphone. The so-called CB messages contain important information when life is threatened, such as earthquakes, storms, volcanic eruptions and other life-threatening events.
By default, emergency notifications are disabled on the LG smartphone, but when they are turned on, you can add the channel and languages you want.

- Open the Messages-App
- Open the Menu
- Open the Settings
- Choose desired SIM card
- Tap on Wireless emergency alerts
- Open the Menu
- Open the Settings
- Enable or Disable Cell Broadcast service
