Make Calls
one of the basic functions of the LG smartphone is of course making phone calls. calls can be made in several ways. this guide shows how to make a call by entering the phone number. the call can also be started from the contacts app or from other apps.




- Open the Phone-App
- Enter a Phone number or a Name of Contact
- If available, tap on the contact
- Tap on Call
Answer Calls automatically
If desired, incoming calls on the LG smartphone can be automatically answered after one, three or five seconds.
Note: A hands-free device must be connected for calls to be answered automatically.






- Open the Phone-App
- Open the Menu
- Tap on Call settings
- Tap on Answer and end calls
- Tap on Auto answer
- Choose between Off, 1 sec, 2 sec and 5 sec
Volume Up Button to Answer a Call
Incoming calls can be rejected on the LG smartphone by pressing the Volume up key. Alternatively, the call can be muted by pressing the Volume up key. To reject the call with the Volume up key, this must be activated in the settings beforehand.






- Open the Phone-App
- Open the Menu
- Tap on Call settings
- Tap on Answer and end calls
- Tap on Press the Volume Up key to
- Choose between Silence call and Answer call
End a Call using Power Button
An ongoing call on the LG smartphone can be ended by pressing the on/off key, which still needs to be activated in the settings.





- Open the Phone-App
- Open the Menu
- Tap on Call settings
- Tap on Answer and end calls
- Enable or Disable End call with the Power key
Flip to silence incoming calls
Incoming calls can be muted with a simple gesture, and when the function is activated, simply flip the LG smartphone over to mute the incoming call.

- Tap on Gestures
- Enable or Disable Silence incoming call
