Trusted devices
Bluetooth paired devices can be used to automatically unlock the LG smartphone by adding a trusted device that has already been paired via Bluetooth in the Smart Lock settings.
It doesn't matter what kind of Bluetooth device it is, it can be a Smartwatch, headphones, the car radio, fitness wristband or any other smartphone.
Note: To set the device as a trusted device, it must first be paired with the LG smartphone.

- Tap on Lock screen & security
- Tap on Secure lock settings
- Tap on Smart Lock
- Enter Password/PIN/Pattern

On-body detection
With Smart Lock, the LG smartphone can be unlocked automatically using the Wearer ID, so once unlocked and then put in your pocket, it will not need to be unlocked the next time you use it.
Note: Please note that the wearer identification does not recognize who is currently wearing the device!

- Open the Settings
- Tap on General
- Tap on Lock screen & security
- Tap on Secure lock settings
- Tap on Smart Lock
- Enter Password/PIN/Pattern
- Tap on On-body detection
- Enable or Disable On-body detection
- Confirm with Continue
