LG How to Block Incoming Calls/Phone Numbers

Block a Phone number
On the LG smartphone, you can block phone numbers, which automatically rejects calls from these numbers, and no notification of the block is displayed on the LG device.
Android 9 (LG UX 9.0)
- Open the Phone-App
- Open the Menu
- Tap on Call settings
- Tap on Call blocking & Decline with message
- Tap on Blocked numbers
- Tap on Add
- Choose between Contacts, Call logs and New number
- Enter a Number and tap on Block
Block calls with filters
With the number filter on the LG smartphone, incoming calls that contain a defined number series in the phone number can be automatically rejected. for example, with the number filter "0176" all calls from o2 can be blocked. the start or end digits of a phone number can be used for the filter.

- Tap on Call blocking & Decline with message
- Tap on Digit filter
- Tap on Add
- Enter a Number
- Tap on Block
Block Unknown Callers
The LG smartphone can automatically reject unknown callers, i.e. if the phone number (caller ID) is suppressed.

- Open the Menu
- Tap on Call settings
- Tap on Call blocking & Decline with message
- Enable or Disable Private numbers
