Control how incoming calls appear while using apps
If you are currently using an app on your LG smartphone, an incoming call will display a pop-up window that will pop up across the screen, but if you don't want this to happen, you can disable the "Incoming call pop-up".

- Open the Phone-App
- Open the Menu
- Tap on Call settings
- Tap on Additional settings
- Enable or Disable Incoming voice call pop-up
Flash for incoming calls
If desired, the camera flash can blink when an incoming call is received.

- Open the Settings
- Tap on Sound
- Enable or Disable Flash alert for incoming call
Call Waiting
Call waiting is a function where a further incoming call is announced acoustically while a phone call is already in progress. As you can guess by the name, the further caller can be heard by knocking noises.
Note: The call waiting function is enabled or disabled by default according to network settings. On the LG smartphone, call waiting can be enabled or disabled in the phone settings.
Note: If call waiting is deactivated, the caller is rejected directly or, if activated, diverted to another phone number/mailbox.

- Open the Phone-App
- Open the Menu
- Tap on Call settings
- Tap on Other settings
- Enable or Disable Call waiting
Show or Hide Caller ID
The caller ID is used on the LG smartphone to display or suppress the phone number, and by default the network setting is used, so most phone numbers are displayed to the caller.
However, in the phone settings of the LG device you can choose whether the phone number should be explicitly displayed or suppressed.

- Open the Phone-App
- Open the Menu
- Tap on Call settings
- Tap on Other settings
- Tap on Caller ID
- Choose between Network default, Hide number and Show number
Smart forward
Smart Forward combines both SIM cards; for example, if a call is received on SIM 2, it will be forwarded to SIM 1 even if SIM 1 is busy (call). This means that no more calls are missed.
Note: If smart forward is enabled on the LG smartphone, normal call forwarding will not work.

- Open the Phone-App
- Open the Menu
- Tap on Call settings
- Enable or Disable Smart forward
- Tap on Save
Vibrate when outgoing call answered
If an outgoing call is accepted by the other party, the LG smartphone can be set to vibrate.

- Open the Phone-App
- Open the Menu
- Tap on Call settings
- Tap on Additional settings
- Enable or Disable Vibrate when outgoing call answered
Vibrate when call ends
The LG smartphone's call settings allow you to vibrate the device briefly when the call ends.

- Open the Phone-App
- Open the Menu
- Tap on Call settings
- Tap on Additional settings
- Enable or Disable Vibrate when call ends
Fixed dialing numbers
With Fixed dialing numbers (FDN), only calls that have been added to a list can be made on the LG smartphone, and only calls from these numbers can be accepted. All other calls are automatically blocked.
Fixed dialing numbers can be switched on or off on the LG device and the list of allowed call numbers can be edited.

- Open the Phone-App
- Open the Menu
- Tap on Call settings
- Tap on SIM card 1 / SIM card 2
- Tap on Fixed dialing numbers
- Tap on Enable FDN
- Enter PIN2 and tap on OK
Call barring
With Call barring on the LG smartphone it is possible to bar calls of a certain category. Both incoming and outgoing calls can be barred. As an example, all incoming calls can be barred if the device is abroad (roaming). It is also possible to create a whitelist, which means that calls can only be made with the entered phone number.
Note: A password (PIN) is required to edit the call barring function, which is set by the network operator; the PIN is usually 0000.

- Open the Phone-App
- Open the Menu
- Tap on Call settings
- Tap on SIM card 1 / SIM card 2
- Tap on Call barring
Call forwarding
Incoming calls can be forwarded on the LG device. In the call forwarding settings, calls can be forwarded if busy, unavailable, no answer or always. Any desired phone number can be used for call forwarding.
Possible call forwarding:
- Always forward: Every call is forwarded to the set phone number
- Busy: If an active call is already in progress
- Unanswered: If the call is not answered, it is forwarded to the defined phone number after X (network dependent) seconds
- Unreachable: When the LG smartphone has no reception or is switched off

- Open the Phone-App
- Open the Menu
- Tap on Call settings
- Tap on SIM card 1 / SIM card 2
- Tap on Call forwarding
- Choose between Always forward, Busy, Unanswered and Unreachable
- Enter a Phone number and tap on Turn on
