Geotagging
If you want to sort your photos and videos not only chronologically later, you can also save the location where the photo was taken. In gallery apps such as Google Photos, photos can be searched by location, provided that the locations (geotagging) were saved when the photo was taken.



- Open the Camera-App
- Open the Settings
- Enable or Disable Tag locations
Picture Resolution
Depending on the model, the camera can take photos in different resolutions, and the camera resolution affects not only the number of pixels but also the image format.

- Tap on Picture Resolution
- Choose desired Format/Resolution
Storage location
If the LG smartphone supports an external memory such as an SD card, we can change the camera's default location to either the internal memory or the memory card.

- Choose between SD card and Internal storage
Change video resolution
Depending on the model, different video resolutions such as SD, HD, FullHD or even 4K are available on the LG smartphone.

Grid lines
For easier positioning of objects, the camera app of the LG smartphone includes a grid. when this is activated, a grid is displayed in capture mode. this can be used to better align the horizon, for example. the grid can be turned on or off in the settings.

HDR
HDR stands for High Dynamic Range and is a function to better display images with high contrast. on LG smartphones, HDR is set to Automatic by default. this means that the camera itself decides when HDR should be used. HDR can also be permanently enabled or disabled.

- Choose between Auto, On and Off
Launch Camera using Side key
The camera can be started by pressing the power button twice, whether the screen is on or off, and this function can be enabled or disabled on the LG smartphone in the settings.
Note: The camera can also be started by pressing the Volume key.

Voice control
