Clear browser cache

The browser cache is used to cache data such as style information, images and other documents in order to be able to load a web page more quickly when it is called up again. However, outdated data can lead to errors in web pages, so clearing the cache from time to time helps to ensure that web pages run correctly.

Note: Only temporary data is deleted from web pages here.

Step 1:  Open the  Chrome  Browser
Step 2:  Open the  Menu
Step 3:  Open the  Settings
Step 4:  Tap on  Privacy
Step 5:  Tap on  Clear browsing data
Step 6:  Enable Cached images and files
Step 7:  Tap on  Clear data
Step 8:  Confirm with  Clear

Clear Browser History

All visited websites are stored in the LG smartphone's browser history, so it is possible to trace when and which website was visited. The history can be used to delete browser data, and thus also the websites visited.

Note: By default, the Chrome Browser only deletes the last hour, you must specify the desired time period to remove the respective visited web pages.

Delete cookies

Cookies are small pieces of text information that can be stored and read by a web page in the browser, and in addition to disabling cookies, they can also be deleted on the LG smartphone.

Delete personal Data

Registration data can be saved in the Chrome browser of the LG smartphone, so that it is no longer necessary to enter the data again on your next visit. The registration data can be changed or deleted in the browser.
