LG How to Set up Interaction Accessibility Features

When a mouse is used on the LG smartphone, the Auto Mouse Click function can be helpful for people with motor disabilities, and when the function, also known as dwell time on Android, is activated, a click sounds after the defined delay.

In order for a "touch and hold" to be recognized, such an input must be pressed on the screen for at least half a second, and this delay before the input is recognized can be adjusted as desired on the LG smartphone.

The Assistant menu (under LG Touch assistant) is a feature for people who have difficulty using keys and gestures, and when the menu is activated, a "helper" is displayed above the screen content, including functions such as On/Off, Volume down, Volume up, Go to Home screen, etc.

Using the switch access (universal control command), motor-impaired persons can operate the LG smartphone using one or more switches. After activation, the smartphone must be "learned" using the switch accesses.

The LG smartphone has a small tutorial program that detects accidentally repeated touches. it measures how often a displayed circle is touched. if several touches are made, the program recognizes the function and analyzes the input. if the program receives it as necessary, repeated touches will be ignored in the future.
