We can determine how the received notifications are displayed on the OnePlus smartphone's lock screen to protect our own privacy.

Banner notifications of an app
If an app's notifications are enabled on the OnePlus smartphone, we can choose to display incoming notifications as banners when the device is unlocked.
Banner notifications are displayed just above the status bar at the top of the screen.
Note: You can take immediate action by tapping the banner at any time until it disappears.

- Open the Settings
- Tap on Apps & notifications
- Tap on See all apps
- Choose an app

The notification points are displayed above the app icon or / icon when there is a notification about a new notification. For example,
If we receive a message about WhatsApp and have a missed call at the same time, a small dot is displayed on each app icon until the respective notification is retrieved.
We can (de)activate the notification points individually for each installed app on the OnePlus smartphone.

Notification sounds for individual apps
We can set the notification tone individually for each app installed on the OnePlus smartphone.
