OnePlus How to Make, Answer or Reject Calls

To make a call on the OnePlus smartphone, we simply open the pre-installed phone app and decide whether to select a stored contact or enter a phone number using the dial pad.

Note: When using Dual SIM, we will be asked from which SIM card to call from and whether this selection should be saved for the corresponding contact.

When getting a call on the OnePlus smartphone, we are informed, in addition to the ring tone and vibration, by a preview that takes up the entire display of the device.

If the caller is saved as a contact, the corresponding or saved contact name is displayed next to the phone number.

To accept an incoming call on the OnePlus device, we tap and hold the green handset icon and drag it upwards.

Besides the method of rejecting an incoming call on the OnePlus smartphone with a short answer, we can also reject it directly by tapping and holding the handset icon and dragging it down.

In this case, no SMS message is sent, but the selected call diversion to a mailbox, for example, is active.

Note: Depending on the provider or network provider settings, the caller will only be informed that the subscriber is currently unavailable.

If we receive a call at an inconvenient moment, such as a meeting, we can reject the caller with a short SMS message and inform them that we will call back in a few minutes or later, for example.

After selecting the desired message, the caller is immediately rejected and an appropriate SMS message is automatically sent from the OnePlus smartphone.

We can mute an incoming call by flipping the OnePlus smartphone, disabling the ring tone and vibration of the notification.

The feature must first be enabled in the phone app's advanced settings, which can be done at any time.
