OnePlus How to Send SMS/MMS Messages

Forward message
An SMS or MMS message can be forwarded directly from the OnePlus smartphone's Messages app if it contains important information, without having to type or copy the content.
After selecting the desired message, a new conversation can be started or an existing one selected for forwarding.
- Open the Messages app
- Choose a conversation
- Tap and hold a message
- Open the menu
- Tap on Forward
- Choose an existing conversation or tap on New message and follow the instructions on screen
Send SMS message
An SMS message is a short text message that does not contain any other attachments, such as photos, and can be sent using the Messages app on the OnePlus smartphone.
After selecting a contact or entering the recipient's phone number, a text can be written and sent by tapping the Send button.
Sent and received messages are stored in a conversation or chats so that they can be viewed clearly.
- Open the Messages app
- Choose a conversation or tap on New message
- Choose a contact or type a phone number
- Type in a message
- Tap on Send
Send MMS message
An MMS message is a text message with selected file attachments, such as photos or videos.
MMS messages can be sent and received using the OnePlus smartphone's Messages app, and are stored in a conversation or chat for easy viewing.
After selecting an existing or new conversation, we select the desired contact or enter the recipient's phone number, compose a text, select one or more files and send the MMS message by tapping the Send button.
- Open the Messages app
- Choose a conversation or tap on New message
- Choose a contact or type a phone number
- Type in a message
- Tap on Add attachment
- Swipe left or right to browse the files
- Tap on Gallery or choose a file
- Tap on Send
