Oppo How to Use Bluetooth

Oppo-Smartphone can connect to other devices via Bluetooth to transmit (send and receive) data.

The Oppo-Smartphone has Bluetooth enabled by default, but if it is rarely used, it is recommended to disable Bluetooth to save battery power.

Just activating Bluetooth on the Oppo smartphone is not enough to send or receive files. Once activated, both devices must be paired with each other. Depending on the device to be paired, the connection must be approved by both devices.

The Oppo-Smartphone can be connected to many devices such as headsets, Bluetooth loudspeakers, television, car/car radio, hands-free car kit and much more.

If a device has been successfully paired with Oppo-Smartphone, this connection is stored for later use. For easier identification, the device name is usually used. If the list of paired devices becomes longer, the stored connections can be renamed as desired.

In addition to contacts, we can also share the Oppo smartphone's Internet via Bluetooth, which gives the other device access to the Internet.

It is only possible to share the Internet via mobile data, so the WLAN must also be deactivated when sharing the Internet via Bluetooth, otherwise the error message "Connected to WLAN. Network sharing via Bluetooth not possible" appears.

If a Bluetooth connection has been successfully established between two devices, the contacts on the Oppo smartphone can be shared with the other devices.

If Bluetooth is enabled and a device is connected, files can also be transferred, and in this guide we will show how to send a photo taken with the camera.

In principle, all files such as PDF, videos, contacts, pictures, text documents and many more can be transferred. Usually, this is possible on the Oppo-Smartphone via the Send/Share menu, which is shown in the detail view of the respective file.

If a Bluetooth device is no longer needed, the pairing can be cancelled, which means that a new connection is necessary to start a transfer again.

On the Oppo smartphone, we can turn on Bluetooth tethering to share the Internet of mobile data with any paired device, and in addition to this general function, the Internet can also be shared via Bluetooth with each individual connection.

Note: If Bluetooth tethering is activated, Bluetooth is activated at the same time.
