Adjust brightness
The brightness of the Oppo smartphone's screen can be adjusted automatically or manually, using the display settings and the quick settings, which include a slider to change the brightness manually.



- Open the Settings
- Tap on Display & brightness
- Move Slider to adjust brightness
Screen Timeout
By default, the Oppo smartphone's screen automatically goes into hibernation mode after two minutes, but to adjust the time until the display goes out, the so-called screen timeout must be changed.
Oppo offers a setting between 15 seconds and 30 minutes for this purpose. The screen cannot be switched on permanently.
Note: The screen timeout only starts running when no touches are made on the screen and no media app is used.

Screen Color Temperature
The screen colour temperature can be used to set the display warmer or colder on the Oppo-Smartphone.

- Move Slider to adjust the Screen Color Temperature
Display size
In addition to the font size, the Oppo smartphone also allows you to change the display size, with the difference that not only the font but also elements such as app icons or images can be enlarged or reduced.

Raise to wake
The Oppo smartphone features a gesture that activates the screen as soon as the device is lifted, and the screen turns on as soon as it detects movement, whether from the table or the bag.

- Tap on Convenience tools
- Tap on Gestures & motions
- Enable or Disable Raise to wake
Adaptive brightness
The automatic brightness feature reduces eye strain and extends battery life, while a sensor scans the surroundings and always selects the best brightness.
Note: The automatic brightness can also be turned on or off using the quick settings.

- Enable or Disable Auto brightness
Screen Rotation
The screen on the Oppo smartphone can be fixed in either landscape or portrait format. The screen can also be rotated automatically. The Oppo device uses the position sensor for this purpose.
Note 1: Automatic rotation can also be switched on or off using the quick settings.
Note 2: The start screen cannot be rotated on the Oppo-Smartphone.
