Factory reset
When the Oppo Smartphone is reset to factory settings, all data is deleted from the device, including apps, accounts, settings, files and all other data stored on the device.
Only software updates are not affected by the reset to factory settings.








- Open the Settings
- Tap on Additional settings
- Tap on Back up and reset
- Tap on Erase all data (factory reset)
- Tap on Erase all data
- Enter your Password/PIN/Pattern
- Tap on Erase data
- Confirm with Erase data
Reset app preferences
In addition to the system settings and the factory settings, the app settings can also be reset, removing all downloaded apps and the associated data from the Oppo Smartphone.
Data from apps that were already present when the phone was first set up (gallery, camera, calendar, etc.) remain unaffected.








- Open the Settings
- Tap on Additional settings

Reset settings
