Samsung How to Use Edge Panel

On Samsung devices with Android 10 and above, the Edge Panels is activated by default. A narrow black bar is displayed on the right or left edge of the screen that can be dragged into the screen. This opens the side panels. Those who don't use them can turn the Edge Panels on or off in the display settings.

The side panel and thus also the bar (arrow) for opening is located on the right edge of the screen on the Samsung device by default. Alternatively, the side panel can also be switched to the left side. In addition, the vertical position of the bar (arrow) can also be adjusted.

Note: This tutorial shows how to edit the Contacts panel. Here we add new contacts to the Page panel and change their positions. This is for illustration purposes and may differ for other panels.

The Samsung device's side panel can be opened by default using the black bar (arrow) at the edge of the screen, but if you don't like the black or the size of the panel, you can adjust it in this respect and in transparency.
