Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Screen blank on call

akalyd Since an update to the MIUI yesterday, my screen has been going blank on a call and I cannot do anything about it.
I tried the proximity sensor suggestion, but that option no longer seems to be available in the call settings menu.
Any thoughts ?

Have you already tried to empty the cache of the phone-app? Afterwards, please restart the phone.

- Open the Settings
- Tap on Apps
- Tap on Manage apps
- Choose App you want
- Tap on Clear data
- Tap on Clear cache
- Confirm with OK
