Samsung How to Make, Answer or Reject a Call

If the Samsung device is connected to a headset or a Bluetooth device (hands-free, car, etc.), we can have calls answered automatically, and in the phone settings we can enable the Auto Answer feature and adjust the time until the call is answered.

When the SIM card is inserted and active, calls can be made on the Samsung device, and a phone number or the name of the contact can be entered using the dialling keys.

If we want to end a call via a key, we can do this with the side key (Power Button) of the Samsung device. To be able to end calls via the side key, the function must first be activated in the phone settings.

Incoming calls can also be answered on the Samsung device by pressing the Louder key if we activate the function in the phone's settings, which means that calls can be answered when the screen is active or inactive.

Incoming calls can be answered on the Samsung device with the call on or off. If the Samsung device was not in use, the call is displayed in full screen. If in use, the call is displayed in a pop-up window at the top of the screen.

Dismiss a incoming call works in the same way as answering a call on a Samsung device: simply drag the red handset icon in any direction to reject the call.

If the call appears in a pop-up window (when actively used), you only need to tap on Dismiss.
