Xiaomi How to lock or unlock apps
Xiaomi 4623We can add an additional lock to apps on the Xiaomi smartphone to make access even more secure, and we can decide which lock method is selected for apps, either pattern, PIN, or password. If the unlock method is selected, we can add face recognition or fingerprint later. If we synchronize the app lock with the Mi account, the password can be recovered in case it is forgotten.

- Open the Settings
- Tap on Apps
- Tap on App lock
- Tap on Turn on
- Choose Not now or Add to add the Mi Account
- Select suggested apps
- Tap on Use App lock
- Swipe upwards to browse all apps
- Enable or disable other apps
