Hello,Notifications on my POCO F2 Pro are broken. When I get one notification from an app(Messenger, Instagram, Viber etc) there is a sound, it gets displayed on lockscreen, there is an icon in the status bar, a notification badge appears next to the app icon and the notification led blinks. When another notification comes, the notification sound doesn't play, it removes the previous one and no notification is displayed anywhere. It gets removed from lockscreen, from the status bar, the notification badge is removed and the notification led stops blinking. I have to open the specific app to see if there is a new message. So in short, an even number of messages from the same app causes all notifications from that app to disappear.

All the options that I can find related to notifications are on for every app that I need. Notifications are enabled, autostart is on, notifications on the lockscreen are enabled, notification LED is on, battery saving options for those apps are off, network restrictions for those apps are off, they all have access to wifi and mobile data even in the background. This is really annoying, because of this I frequently miss messages, so I now need to manually check my phone in order to not miss any messages. Please help me.Best Regards

Hi SeriousNERD!

I see what you're talking about, I'm sorry to say that I wouldn't have any approach other than resetting the app preferences since you've already checked the notification and/or optimization settings.

I'm afraid that would be the last option before resetting the entire phone.

You'll see instructions further down:

Greetings!
