Create folder
Whether all apps are displayed on the OnePlus smartphone's home screen or in the App Drawer,
To keep track of the home screen, folders can be created and apps can be moved around. Folders can be named as desired, so that categorizing the installed apps is theoretically possible. For example, a Social Networks & Messenger folder is created for apps such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Snapchat, Instagram, etc.

- Tap and hold an app
- Drag the app onto another
- Release the app to create a folder
Rename folder
The folders created on the OnePlus smartphone can be renamed as desired to create folder categories or to keep frequently used apps together for faster access.

- Tap on a folder
- Tap on the current name
- Enter a name and tap on Confirm
Add apps to folder
Apps can be moved to an existing folder at any time to keep the OnePlus smartphone's home screen clear.
To do this, tap and hold an app icon and drag it to a folder, which will then open to position the app.

- Tap and hold an app
- Drag the app onto the folder
- Release the app
Remove app from folder
If we accidentally moved an app to the wrong folder, or if we noticed that an app was being used more often than expected, we can remove apps from a folder and place them on the OnePlus smartphone's start screen.

- Tap on a folder
- Tap and hold an app
- Drag the app from the folders area
- Release the app to position it on home screen
Remove folder
To remove the created folders, we need to remove all apps and place them on the OnePlus smartphone's home screen.
After only one app is left, the folder will be removed automatically.

- Tap on a folder
- Tap and hold an app
- Drag the app out of the folders area
- Release the app to position it on home screen (after moving all apps outside, the folder will be deleted automatically)
