Honor Band 5 Cannot log in

Poet Will not accept username or password. Comes up with message ' Incorrect user name or password'. Tried resetting password but came up with massage 'Account invalid or not supported'. Reinstalled app but no difference. Any ideas please?

In that case you would have to contact Honor support directly and ask why the account is invalid.
