LG How to Manage Albums in Gallery

Create album
The Galerie app already contains albums such as camera, downloads or screenshots, and you can create as many albums as you like.
Android 9 (LG UX 9.0)
- Open the Gallery-App
- Tap on Albums
- Open the Menu
- Tap on New Album
- Enter a Name and tap on Add files
- Select an desired album
- Select all desired photos
- Choose between Copy and Move
Hide an album
In the gallery app, all albums are displayed, including those automatically generated by apps. The LG smartphone app allows us to choose which albums to display, so we can hide albums created by an app but not needed.

- Open the Gallery-App
- Tap on Albums
- Open the Menu
- Tap on Edit Album to display
- Enable or Disable desired Album to show or hide
- Confirm with Done
Rearrange Albums

- Open the Gallery-App
- Tap on Albums
- Open the Menu
- Tap on Edit Album to display
- Tap and hold the desired album
- Drag the album to the desired position
- Confirm with Done
Delete album
All albums on the LG smartphone can be deleted, and the deleted album will remain in the trash for seven days after deletion, before it is automatically removed from the device.

- Tap on Delete album
- Select all desired albums
- Tap on Delete album
- Confirm with Delete album
