LG How to Manage Widgets on Home Screen

Add widget
You can add widgets on the LG's home screen, which are "mini-programs" that come from installed apps, so you can view the weather, clock or calendar directly on the home screen.
A large selection of widgets such as Google News, YouTube, Contacts, Music, Emails, Google Maps, Calendar, various clocks, weather or even notes are available ex works.





- Tap and hold a free area on the home screen
- Tap on Widgets
- Tap an hold desired Widget

Resize a widget
Widgets placed on the LG's home screen usually have a predefined size, which is based on the grid of the home screen. Some widgets, but not all, can be resized.

Move widget
Widgets placed on the LG device can be moved to a different position at any time, with the exception of the Google Feed, if available, or in some cases Google Search on the home screen.

Remove Google Search Bar
On some of LG's devices, the home screen has Google Search on the home screen at work, which can be removed like a normal widget.



- Tap an hold the Google search bar
- Drag the widget to Remove
- Release the widget
Remove Widget
All previously placed and newly added widgets on the home screen can be removed in the same way as an app shortcut. The widget is simply detached from the home screen and is not deleted from the LG device. After removal, the widget can be added again at any time, sometimes several times.




- Tap and hold desired Widget
- Drag the widget to Remove
- Release the widget
- Confirm with Remove
