Portnov When you turn on the power or reboot, the boot time is from 2 to 4 minutes.. On the screen the inscription "MOBISTEL Cynus E7 Connecting ...you and us...". What is this process and why so long?

The inscription "MOBISTEL Cynus E7 Connecting ...you and us..." is just a slogan of the manufacturer and doesn't mean anything. The smartphone is already a bit older, so it can happen that Android needs a bit longer to load all apps.
You might want to start the safe mode, then you should notice a difference.
