Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro calls disconnecting

eldarit I have a brand new Xiaomi redmi note 9 pro. Calls disconnect after various periods of time. Rebooting does not solve problem. Any solutions? Thanks

Hello eldarit!
The problem is known and is solved for some users when the SIM card is inserted into SIM slot 2.
We are not aware of any other solution at the moment.
