Blackview A20 Pro No Ring or Alarm noise

Clarkme I exchanged SIM cards then re-inserted the old card since then the ring and alarm make no sound although i can still hear voices on a call. how do i restore the ring and alarm functions.

Hello, Clarkme. Are there any sounds at all?
Possibly the do not disturb mode was activated by mistake?!
Android 9
- Open the settings
- Tap on Sound
- Tap on Do not disturb
- Activate with Turn on now
- Choose a starting time and confirm with Turn On
