Blackview A60 How do i troubleshoot voicemail

Hazza When i try to access voicemail by pressing 1 on the keypad it just cuts off and does not access voicemail. It is a new phone but I do have voicemails to listen to. I have never been able to access it yet.

Please check the documents of your SIM card.
There you should find the voice mail number, which you should compare with the number stored on your phone.
