Can receive messages but when sending a message get a prompt that says not sent tap to try again over and over again

Does the problem only occurs with normal SMS? Please try to clear the app cache first.

Hi there, I have the same issue as Swest.

I have tried clearing cache and no luck. I have also tried on other messaging apps and been unsuccessful. Any ideas
