Blackview A60 SIM card not recognised

RedTed The phone does not appear to recognise my Pay as You Go O2 sim card. Can I use a pay as you go sim in this phone? The card was used previously in another phone.

Unfortunately we have not yet tried Pay as you go, have you already contacted the O2 support directly?
