Hi richard8!

After connecting via USB, you need to select file transfer on the Blackview. If no pop-up appears, please check the notification shade. There should be a message that the device is currently charging. Tap on it and then select file transfer.

Thanks for your reply.

How do I get to this screen.   If no pop-up appears, please check the notification shade. There should be a message that the device is currently charging. Tap on it and then select file transfer.

Hi richard8!

To open the notification shade, please swipe down from the top edge of the display. There you will find the first five quick settings and below that all (new) notifications.

I hope this helps you.
