Blackview BV5500 Sensors not correct

Smurfy Hi, can anyone advise how to hard reset the sensors on a blackview 5500 pro.
Everything is a little adrift, the compas is useless, everywhere is north, the spirit level is askew, and it's been like it since new, stupidly I didn't take it back and swap it, thought I would update and solve it, then just forgot to do anything about it.
Any advise, updates to fix this?

Hi Smurfy.
You could reset the device to factory settings, if that doesn't help you can only try different apps to calibrate the sensors.
