Blackview BV9600 Pro How repair Black screen problem
My phone turn on and off , I can charge it and answering the call but afew days a go display screen didn't turn on and I tried press bottun together for force restart but it doesn't work still screen is black so I can't wipe data or anything else. How I can repair display screen to turn on?

Hello Lilipoot99. Is there any way to tell if the Blackview is still on?
To force it to switch off, the power button must be press down for at least 10-15 seconds.
The vibration is the sign to know it switch off .the problem is after switch off and press down power bottun and volume bottun together I can't choose recovery mode because the screen still is black
