Lori I am in the U.S just bought a bkackview 9900 pro. Done everything. I can't get it to work on 4g ,only picking up 3g. Also messages don't always come through. Or delayed. How to fix?

Normally the BV supports all current LTE bands.
Have you checked the preferred network type? Please check the network settings of the SIM card.
