I had a problem with my phone (in pristine condition) so i sent it away to the service Centre they told me it was the main board so they replaced it and sent my phone back. the phone (looks like it was thrown off a building) they sent back was not the phone i sent them, they had even peeled off the IMEI sticker on the back of my phone and stuck it on the phone they sent me. Eventually they admitted that the phone they sent wasn't mine, i have asked for my phone back and asked to speak to a senior manager and had no response .

what recourse do i now have ?

Hello Johhnyshank!

This is a difficult situation.

I would still like to have contact with a manager and set a time limit, for example that someone should contact you by 28.09.20, otherwise you will have to take further steps.

I would also document everything and save all e-mails with the corresponding date.

What might also help are original pics before you sent the device.

Greetings!
