Cubot R19 Cannot hear caller during phone call

Suz55 Hello,
When making or receiving a call on my r19 I cannot hear the person I have called or the caller making the call to me. I can only hear them on speaker. The other person can hear me. How can I fix this issue please?

Did you check if the speaker of the earpiece works? Do you hear the ringing during a call setup?
