kazbar my phone is a cubot x19 but when I make or receive phone calls I cannot hear the other person,they can hear me,I have done a factory reset but did not solve the problem

Have you activated the speaker during a phone call to check if it only occurs via the ear piece?

kazbar just tried putting the speaker on and that worked I could hear caller

Then I'm afraid the earpiece is defective, which is why you can only visit a repair store, if it is currently possible.
