When I'm on a call the phone opens apps when in contact with my ear, how can I stop this.?

Please check the settings of the phone app and see if you can activate the proximity sensor.

It could also be in the Accessibility settings.

Unfortunately I can't check it myself, because I don't have any Cubot at the moment.

No problem, can you please try to disable the automatic brightness, then enable it again and restart the device.

If that doesn't work, please download an app from the Play Store to test the sensor. Simply Search for "Proximity Sensor".

I downloaded the proximity sensor app and have disabled it. It is now working okay using the light sensor.
