Doogee Y7 Battery not charging
I had no problems with the phone since this morning.
I put the phone as always on the charger last night. This morning it was totally dead. Now it do not even indicate charging. Check on brand new charger now as well.
Totally dead!
Please assist urgently.

Hello, Psalm 119. How old is the smartphone?
press and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds. maybe the operating system just hung up. if nothing happens, press the power button in combination with the volume down or volume up button to start the recovery mode. if this doesn't work either, the battery (or the display) will be broken.
I bought it brand new in December 2019.
I did both options now. No success.
What is my next step?
If another charger cable has not been successful either, I would contact the seller. Depending on the country, there are different conditions for the guarantee or warranty, but we cannot offer you any help with this.
