Doro 7030 Stuck on silent
I cant seem to turn the silent facility off my mums phone, so she cant hear it when it is ringing!??!

Have you checked all sound settings? Does the device have a mute switch that needs to be deactivated in that sense?

Of course you are probably correct! ... Its so hard to try to get my mum to do stuff that normally I would be able to face to face instead of all this social distancing. Ill give it a go.... x
