Tiaan If i select a timr for sleep, after it comes by the time then the phone switch off.
What can i do not for the phone to switch off completly?

Unfortunately I don't have Hisense to check it myself. Are you referring to a general function or an app?

Unfortunately, I can't really give you a clear statement on this either, as I unfortunately don't have any Hisense here.
However, you should find the setting in it´s menu if available.
